The Universal Crestal and Lateral Sinus Lift Kit is designed for maxillary sinus elevation using either a crestal or lateral approach. It combines depth-controlled rotary instrumentation with dedicated manual sinus instruments to support site preparation, membrane elevation, graft placement, and intraoperative depth assessment within one organized surgical system.

For the crestal approach, the kit includes dedicated reamers, stoppers, Aqua Lift components, and supporting instruments for controlled access to the sinus floor. For lateral procedures, the system includes lateral stoppers, sinus curettes, and dedicated cutting and reaming instruments for lateral-window preparation.

Power Dental’s configuration also includes three 6EZ sinus lift elevators, a double-ended mushroom elevator with Ø 4.8 / 5.8 mm working diameters and depth markings, and a 1.00 / 2.20 mm Bone Packer / Depth Gauge. This expanded setup gives clinicians a practical all-in-one option for crestal and lateral sinus augmentation workflows.
