Power Dental Group accepts eligible product returns within 45 days of the original invoice date, subject to the terms outlined below.

UNUSED PRODUCTS

• Products returned within 30 days of the original invoice date are eligible for a 100% refund of the product price paid to the original payment method.
• Products returned between 31 and 45 days from the original invoice date are eligible for a 100% account credit of the product price paid, valid for one (1) year from the date applied.
• All unused products must be unsterilized, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging to qualify.

USED PRODUCTS

• Products returned within 30 days of the original invoice date are eligible for a 90% refund of the product price paid to the original payment method.
• Products returned between 31 and 45 days are eligible for a 90% account credit of the product price paid, valid for one (1) year from the date applied.
• A 10% return adjustment allows us to extend our return program to products that have been opened and used.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All instruments sold as clearance items are sold as is and are not eligible for return, refund, credit, exchange, or warranty.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers may use a Power Dental Group prepaid return label. A flat fee of $15.99 will be deducted from the applicable refund or credit amount.

Customers who prefer to use their own return shipping label may do so at no additional deduction.

GENERAL TERMS

• All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Power Dental Group.
• Custom instruments are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or account credit.
• Products must be returned in acceptable condition. Power Dental Group reserves the right to apply additional restrictions, deductions, or adjustments based on product condition, type, use, or customization.
• Any order-level discounts, promotions, or other price reductions are prorated across returned products when calculating the refund or credit amount.
• Power Dental Group reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
• Account credits are valid for one (1) year from the date applied.

All used instruments must be cleaned and sterilized per OSHA and applicable state health regulations before shipment, and a completed order form is required to remain eligible for return, service, or warranty consideration. Unused products must remain unsterilized, in original condition, and in original packaging. Noncompliance may result in rejection of the return or service order and denial of any associated refund, credit, or warranty claim.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Power Dental Group return labels are available for $15.99 via USPS or $18.50 via FedEx, either charged to the order or deducted from any applicable refund or credit. Power Dental Group return labels do not include insurance; customers seeking coverage must use their own insured shipping method. Customers are responsible for retaining tracking information, and any lost or defective instruments must be reported within two weeks of shipment.

All instruments must be securely packaged and adequately cushioned to prevent transit damage and protect handling personnel. Signature-required delivery is recommended when appropriate.

At Power Dental Group (PDG), our priority is to deliver exceptional service and instrumentation. Each new or serviced instrument from PDG is covered by our manufacturer defect warranty, providing coverage for 45 days for serviced instruments and 1 year for new instruments from the original invoice date.

Should any breakage, discoloration, or malfunction occur due to proper and intended use during this period, you can rely on our commitment to facilitate repairs or replacements at reduced cost or no extra charge.

Each instrument submitted for warranty consideration undergoes a case-by-case inspection through our internal processes to determine applicability. If PDG requests a direct inspection of the item(s), please follow the applicable return shipping instructions.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or instances where instruments are used beyond their intended lifespan or limitations. This includes instruments used in ways contrary to their intended design and purpose. Evidence of user negligence, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, modification, or alteration of the instrument will void the warranty.

PDG also disclaims liability under this warranty or otherwise for damages arising from the use of commercial or residential-grade washers, cleaning solutions containing chemicals not suitable for our instruments, dental automated washer-disinfectors used without following the manufacturer's processing guidelines, or improper setup or installation of the device.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement in product quality and performance, PDG reserves the right to modify instrument designs or cease production of specific products without prior notification.
