GENERAL & PROCESS

What is a custom dental kit?

A custom dental kit from Power Dental Group is a personalized set of instruments tailored to your exact workflow. Instead of a standard preset, your kit is built around your preferred instruments, procedures, and working sequence.

Each instrument is organized, labeled, and assembled into a single tray for easy sterilization, efficiency, and consistency across every procedure. Whether used for implant surgery, perio, restorative, or education, your kit is designed to simplify setup and enhance your clinical flow.

How does the custom kitting process work?

You’ll collaborate with a PDG representative to design your ideal setup. We’ll review your workflow, instrument preferences, and procedural needs, then create a tray layout that optimizes efficiency and sterilization. Once you approve the layout, our team assembles, inspects, and packages your kit for a ready-to-use, professional setup.

Can I combine instruments from different categories in one kit?

Yes. You can mix surgical, restorative, periodontal, or diagnostic instruments – whatever best supports your workflow.

How long does it take to produce a custom kit?

Once approved, your kit ships within 3–5 business days.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom kits?

There is no minimum order quantity.

Can I modify an existing PDG kit instead of starting from scratch?

Absolutely. You can use any existing PDG kit as a base and customize it. Swap instruments, adjust layouts, or merge elements from several kits.

Do I need to provide my own instruments, or can I select from PDG’s catalog?

You decide. Use your existing instruments, choose from PDG’s catalog, or combine both. Just make sure the instruments fit within your cassette size.

DESIGN & PERSONALIZATION

Can I choose handle types, finishes, or coatings?

Yes. Available finishes (e.g., Titanium, Black Edition, Power Line) are detailed in each product’s description during selection.

Can I engrave my logo or clinic name?

Yes. Custom laser engraving is available for most instruments for an additional fee.

Can  I preview my kit before production?

Yes. You’ll receive a digital mockup for review and approval before production begins.

PRICING & ORDERS

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, bulk orders may obtain tier-based pricing during promotional periods.

When will I receive a quote or sample?
