Developed in partnership with Dr. Vanessa Frazão, the Supremo Tunneling Kit combines four VF tunnelers – VF1 through VF4 – with a 4-hold sterilization cassette. The instruments are designed for subperiosteal soft-tissue tunneling, with different shank lengths and complementary working angles to help clinicians maintain access as the tunnel extends around the arch.

The set includes both short- and long-shank instruments. The shorter design is used for access through the first-molar region, while the longer shank extends reach to the second molar and farther posterior areas. Its curvature follows the contour of the bony ridge, helping the instrument stay in the subperiosteal plane while reducing unnecessary tension in the buccal tunnel.

The working ends have a spade-like profile with beveled edges for gentle soft-tissue separation. Complementary angulations help with tissue elevation and flap mobilization in different areas. The instruments also feature textured stainless-steel handles with a patterned grip surface for stable finger placement.
